Clifford Polycarp

Clifford works as a part-time researcher for the climate and energy program at the Boston office of SEI-US. He support SEI’s carbon offset team with research on domestic and global carbon markets. Before joining SEI, Clifford was a business development manager at EcoSecurities, an international carbon trading firm, based in New Delhi, India. He has also been a program manager for the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s Climate Change and Energy Programme in India, and an international affairs researcher at the Centre for Science and Environment in New Delhi.
Clifford is presently the William L. Blue and Joan R. Blue Scholar pursuing a professional Master’s degree in international affairs at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. His thesis research focuses on global energy security and sustainability. He has a Bachelor’s degree in economics and commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India.”
